How you do one thing is how you do everything…


Take a quick inventory of your morning routine. What’s it like? Are you gulping down coffee as you rush out the door? Are you up and at ‘em on a walk taking in the day’s weather?


Notice this: Does the vibe of your morning routine carry into your day?


For me it does, and the coaching paradigm “how you do one thing is how you do everything” represents more than my morning routine.
